Housing Contract Dates:
Summer 2022
March 1, 2022 Summer 1, 2 or 3 term housing contract opens for current students and transfer students
December 1, 2021 Summer 3 term housing contract opens for new first year students admitted for the summer 2022
**Fall 2022 – Spring 2023 The Housing Contract is now Closed for the Boca Raton Campus **
November 3, 2021 Housing contract opens for on-campus Boca Raton fall 2021 residents through the priorty renewl process.
November 18, 2021 New spring students and current students not living on-campus during fall 2021 may complete a housing contract.
December 1, 2021 New incoming students (first year students for Boca Raton and Jupiter WIlkes Honros College, and transfer students) may complete a housing contract. The deadline to complete your housing contract is May 1, 2022.
February 2 – 9, 2022 Wilkes Honor College (Jupiter) on-campus spring residents renew their housing contracts
The housing portal allows you to:
- Complete a housing contract
- View your housing assignment
- View your roommates/suitemates
- Add yourself to the Housing Wait List after the housing contract has closed
- Complete your roommate agreement
- Schedule your move-in and move-out appointment as these dates are announced
- Request winter break housing, for fall only residents
