You may return or exchange any device or eligible accessories one time within thirty (30) days of either the date of purchase (in-store purchases) or the date of shipment (for direct fulfillment device purchases). Merchandise received as an exchange cannot be re-exchanged or returned for a refund. All returned or exchanged merchandise MUST be: (i) in like-new condition, (ii) in the original packaging with the box intact and not marked or written on, and (iii) accompanied by the original sales receipt. Wireless Zone will not accept a device for exchange if it has any signs of physical damage (scratches, cracks, etc.). Prepaid only devices are not eligible for return once they are activated.
Accessories must be purchased in-store to be eligible for return. Accessories ordered via Wireless Zone’s ‘Endless Aisle’ dropship program are not eligible for return or refund and you may not cancel your order once placed. SD Cards and In-Ear Headsets are not returnable. Prepaid Cards and Processing Fees are nonrefundable. Screen protectors/glass are not eligible for defective returns.
For all 30-day returns, Wireless Zone® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refund cash purchases either (i) immediately with cash or (ii) with a check delivered within 4-6 weeks of the date of the return. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES WILL BE REFUNDED ON THE CARD USED AT THE TIME OF SALE. Device Payment Plan installment pre-payments are final and not refundable.
Fees and Charges
A restocking fee may apply for all returned devices. You are responsible for paying the Verizon Wireless Activation Fee unless you terminate service within three days of activation. You are also responsible for paying all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your Verizon account from the date of activation through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days for Verizon to process the return of your security deposit. The charges for any service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied by Verizon against your security deposit.
ESN Changes, Memory Transfers, or any other service are non-refundable. You agree that Wireless Zone® will perform data transfer for you solely at your own risk. Personal data stored on your device(s) (contacts, pictures, videos, etc.) may be lost during data transfer. Lost data cannot be retrieved. Wireless Zone® and Verizon Wireless are not responsible for any data lost during a data or memory transfer.
Customer owned devices may be traded-in for value under the Verizon Wireless Trade-In Program. All device trades are final; no traded-in device will be returned to you once the trade is complete.
ALL GOODS ARE SOLD “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Nothing in this return policy limits any applicable manufacturer’s warranties.
