OUR NEW MOBILE BANKING APP IS AVAILABLE NOW IN THE APP STORE® AND GOOGLE PLAY™.

FOR MEMBERS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE TOUCHBANKING APP INSTALLED, YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO UPGRADE TO OUR NEW APP.  YOU WILL THEN BE DIRECTED TO YOUR DEVICE’S APP STORE® OR GOOGLE PLAY™.  WHEN THE NEW APP LAUNCHES, YOU WILL ENTER YOUR LOGIN ID AND SECURITY CODE AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD.  THAT’S IT!

Whether you’re at home, lounging at the beach or out of town, you now have the power and convenience to securely transfer funds, make bill payments and check your balance with Big Island FCU’s Mobile Banking*. Access your account anywhere you are.

Big Island FCU members MUST be enrolled in our Online Branch to access Mobile Banking, so get signed up today!! Our Mobile Banking platform offers two different access methods to members:

• TEXT (SMS) BANKING – Members can check account balances and view transaction history.  Members who choose to enroll in TEXT BANKING must self-enroll through our Online Branch. Just sign in like you normally would, click on the Self Service tab, and then click on Mobile Money to enroll.

• MOBILE APP – Our mobile app is available for iPhone® and Android™ smart phone users.  Members who choose to download the app can go directly to the App Store® or Google Play™ and search for the Big Island FCU app. Once downloaded, enter your Online Branch Login ID and Security Code.

An internet-enabled device is required to access Big Island FCU’s Mobile App. You must be enrolled in our Online Branch to access Mobile Banking. Enrollment in Big Island FCU’s Online Branch Bill Pay is required to access any bill payment services on Mobile Banking. Standard messaging and data usage fees may apply.
